Choose from Pottery, Painting or our unique Buddy Board, all participants will gain entry level knowledge to pursue a unique hobby! With a fully customizable range of themes, guests can channel their inner artist and create something truly special to take home. Whether it's a child's birthday party, a family reunion, or a team-building event, our art parties promise a fun and unforgettable experience for all!
What To Expect:
Buddy Boards: Each Guest will create two polymer clay portraits of themselves, one will be given to the Birthday Guest of Honour to be placed on a wooden canvas. the other portrait will be placed on a mini canvas prior to pickup. All portraits are to be left in the studio to be baked and arranged on the wooden canvas. Our Birthday Guest of Honour will choose any canvas colour/glitter combination they wish prior to their special day! You will be contacted prior to the event to arrange colour combinations!
Ceramic Clay Party: Each guest will create one pinch-pot style project and underglaze their masterpiece. These projects must stay in the studio to be fired in the kiln. Artists are able to let their imaginations run wild and create their own idea with expert instruction. Creativity is sure to run wild!
Paint Party: Our Birthday Guest of Honour will choose a theme and their Guests will choose from 5 different options in that theme. Guests will then transfer and paint their choice! Artists may choose to leave their paintings to dry, or take it home with them. You will be contacted prior to the event to arrange a theme. This party is sure to get messy with Acrylic paint, so be sure to wear clothes that can get messy!
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we strive to be flexible when things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, we are happy to offer one-time rescheduling as long as we are notified as soon as possible. To ensure we can accommodate your request, please contact us as soon as you know you need to reschedule. No-shows will result in the forfeiture of your event and no rescheduling offer or refund. Can I Bring Food & Drinks?
- You are more than welcome to bring food & drinks. Please be advised that we do not have a fridge. To prevent contamination, food will be placed in our side room. Drinks are fine to be with guests and party goers during the creation of the projects!
Can Parents of Guests Stay?
- Parent drop-off is strongly preferred as parking is limited. For guests who may need a few extra minutes with their parents, they are more than welcome to stay! Any parent that does wish to stay, is strongly encouraged to sit back and relax while their child creates their project.
Where Can I Park?
- There is meter parking in the front of the store or free parking in the back reserved for the Party Parent. Parents of Guests are required to park on the street to avoid being towed. If your car is towed or ticketed, it will be at your own expense.
I Need To Reschedule My Party, What Do I Do?
- If you need to reschedule for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule! No-shows will not be given a refund or an opportunity to reschedule.
How Many Guests Do I Book For?
- If you are unsure of the confirmed number of guests but still would like to reserve your party, book for the minimum number of guests that you know for sure are attending. Please reach out once you know the confirmed number as soon as you can to ensure enough materials for your special day. We can settle up the payment in store once your party is finished!
What Happens If I Go Over My Party Time?
- We give a 15 minute grace period for every party. Due to having other bookings, we will charge an additional $50 for every half an hour after the 15 minute grace period. This will be paid in store.
