Frequently Asked Questions:
1) What will I be creating?
- We have exciting projects you can choose from for each season, so there’s always something new to explore! However, if you have an idea in mind, you’re more than welcome to bring it to life with guidance from our instructor! Just let us know what you would like to create! 

2) When Can I Come Back To Paint It?
After your workshop, we will contact you with all the information for your underglazing session. It will be approximately 7 days after your initial Workshop date to allow for dry time and one Bisque firing. Once your piece is ready, you can come back to paint it and add all the details, colours, and personal touches you would like with Underglaze. We’ll make sure you have everything you need to turn your creation into something truly special.

3) Are There Drop-In's Available?
- We require registration for our sessions to ensure we have emergency contact information and to manage studio availability. This helps us create the best experience for everyone! 

4) Can I Take Home Unfinished Projects/Raw Materials?
- Unfinished projects must stay in the studio to ensure they are properly stored & fired. However, you’re always welcome to return and finish your piece in another session! Let us know, and we’ll be happy to help you complete your artwork.

5) Do I Need To Bring Anything?
- Nope! You don’t need to bring a thing. We provide all the clay, tools, paints, brushes, and everything else you’ll need to make your project. Just show up ready to get creative, have fun, and maybe get a little messy.

6) I Need To Reschedule My Workshop, What Do I Do?
- If you need to reschedule for any reason, please let us know no more than 1 hour prior to your scheduled event or appointment so we can reschedule. No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling. A new registration and payment will be required to attend another workshop.

7) What if I Don't Finish My Workshop? 
- No worries at all! You’re more than welcome to schedule another building session with our instructor if you need a little extra time to complete your piece.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we strive to be flexible when things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule your Workshop registration, we are happy to offer one-time rescheduling as long as we are notified as soon as possible. To ensure we can accommodate your request, please contact us as soon as you know you need to reschedule. No-shows will result in the forfeiture of your spot with no rescheduling offer. There are no refunds for any cancellation under any circumstance. You may be offered a store credit or a rescheduling opportunity if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!
